The hotel's location was convenient, and the two complimentary things that they offered were good. Plus, the room was well-appointed and had the amenities that you'd expect. I also enjoyed the view of the surroundings.
The worst aspect was the lack of communication or assistance from the staff. Plus, the parking lot was too small for all of the guests, and it was difficult to find a spot.

This hotel is an absolute treat for young families. the location is quiet, spacious and cozy, which makes it the perfect place for relaxation. the rooms are absolutely luxurious and welcoming, with comfortable beds and spa styled bathrooms. the staff is eager to help and make you feel right at home. Breakfast is delicious and facilities are exceptional, providing families with various options for entertainment. the hotel is equipped with everything young families need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The hotel could benefit from more activities in the surrounding area.

The hotel had beautiful decorations for Christmas, and the view from the room was lovely. the staff was kind and helpful. the room was clean and comfortable.
The location was a bit difficult to find, and there was not much to do nearby. the room service was overpriced and not very good.

Spacious, cozy, beautiful, luxurious suite. Warm and cute staff. Really good service. Deep and relaxing spa tub. Planning to return in summer.
